Welcome to our fine art photography website, operated by Crazy Artisan LLC. These Terms of Service (ToS) govern your use of this site, including browsing, newsletter sign-ups, and purchases. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

Use of the Site

1. Permitted Use: You may view, browse, and purchase artwork for personal enjoyment or lawful display.  
2. Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content (e.g., images, text) without written permission. Do not use the site for illegal purposes, to harm others, or to interfere with its operation (e.g., hacking, scraping).  
3. Access: We may restrict or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including policy violations.

Intellectual Property

All photography, descriptions, and original content on this site are owned by Crazy Artisan LLC or the artist, with copyright and other rights reserved. You may not use, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without express consent, except as allowed by law (e.g., fair use). Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright—see our Terms of Sale for details. Stock images of settings (e.g., living rooms, offices) used to display artwork are licensed from third-party providers and may not be copied or reused by you outside this site.

Purchases

Ordering artwork is governed by our separate Terms of Sale, which you must review before buying. Those terms cover payment, shipping, and our no-return policy for custom prints.

Third-Party Services

We use tools like Webflow for hosting and Google Analytics for site insights (see our Privacy Policy). Links to external sites (e.g., payment processors) and stock image providers are not under our control—use them at your own risk and review their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that content (e.g., colors, availability) is error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free. Stock images depict settings for illustration only and may not reflect exact products. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crazy Artisan LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Limitation of Liability

Crazy Artisan LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress) from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim is capped at $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is less, as permitted by Pennsylvania law. We’re not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control (e.g., server outages, natural disasters).

Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict of law principles.  
2. Arbitration: Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Erie, PA, under the American Arbitration Association’s rules, unless small claims court applies. You waive class action rights.  
3. Court: If arbitration isn’t an option, disputes will be handled in Erie County, PA courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this ToS at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with the new effective date noted. Your continued use of the site after updates means you accept them.
