We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; if canceled, your only recourse is a refund of payments made.
All orders are final once submitted. As custom artwork, production begins immediately upon purchase, and changes or cancellations are not allowed. Any attempt to modify an order after placement (e.g., size, image) incurs a 50% restocking fee to cover production costs already started.
Full payment is due at checkout, including shipping costs embedded in the price. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. (Affirm financing will be available soon.) If payment fails or is declined, we may cancel the order. For shipped orders with payment issues, you remain liable for the full amount, and we may pursue collection, including reasonable legal fees and interest up to 2% per month (or the maximum legal rate in Pennsylvania).
Colors viewed online may differ from the final print due to screen settings. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact match between digital images and the physical artwork.

Shipping times are approximately 4-8 weeks for delivery. Gallery Series shipping costs are included in the price; all shipments are insured. Every order from burykin.art is expertly packed to ensure your artwork arrives pristine. Masterpiece Series and Private Edition commissions have delivery arranged at commission time. Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession. If your artwork arrives damaged, CONTACT US within 2 days with a description and photos. Upon verification, we’ll replace it at no cost, managing the carrier claim for you.
Clients must inspect shipments for damage immediately upon receipt and report issues within 2 days, including a description and photos, via the CONTACT form. Failure to do so may forfeit replacement or refund claims. We aim to deliver excellence—safely and promptly. We’ll review submissions to confirm shipping-related issues and resolve them quickly, ensuring your artwork meets our standards.
As all artworks are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except for verified defects. Each piece is uniquely crafted, and production begins immediately, preventing cancellations or modifications once ordered.
Crazy Artisan LLC and the artist retain all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork. You may not copy or reproduce it without written consent. The artist’s signature and copyright notice must remain intact. Credit to the artist is required whenever the artwork is displayed or referenced.
